Expanding Capacity
Dear Customers and Development Partners,
In a bid to expand our wafer production and throughput capacity, we added a new facility to the mix. We now mass produce GaN-on-Diamond wafers from a clean room in North Smithfield, Rhode Island.
We expect the 1,800 sq.ft. facility to enable us to supply ample quantities of wafers to customers and development partners all over the world.
