Wafers More Beautiful Than Ever!
Dear Customers and Development Partners,
Nowadays, the GaN-on-Diamond wafers we make look more spectacular than ever before. Thought I would share some photos of 3-Inch and 4-Inch wafers. The first two photos are freestanding GaN-on-Diamond wafers, whereas the last two photos are carrier-mounted GaN-on-Diamond wafers to enable ease of handling.
We make these wafers fairly routinely now, though we’re subject to bumps and bruises as we scale – since we’re still a tiny company. If you want to try these wafers out, please definitely email me!
